- Essential service providers only: With third-party infrastructure services (Clerk for authentication, Neon for database, Vercel for hosting) that are strictly necessary to operate EVONOTE. - To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users (only in serious cases like preventing fraud or harm)
- In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale of assets) - though we would notify users and ensure similar privacy protections

What we don't do: We don't share your journal content with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, AI training services, or any third parties for their commercial purposes. Ever. We may collect standard technical/usage data (like login times, features used) to operate the service, but your actual journal entries remain completely private.
