3.3 Vercel (Hosting)

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL)
  • Secure authentication through Clerk

  • Essential service providers only: With third-party infrastructure services (Clerk for authentication, Neon for database, Vercel for hosting) that are strictly necessary to operate EVONOTE. These providers have their own privacy obligations and do not use your journal content for their own purposes.
  • When required by law or valid legal process
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users (only in serious cases like preventing fraud or harm)
  • In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale of assets) - though we would notify users and ensure similar privacy protections
  • With your explicit, informed consent

What we don't do: We don't share your journal content with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, AI training services, or any third parties for their commercial purposes. Ever. We may collect standard technical/usage data (like login times, features used) to operate the service, but your actual journal entries remain completely private.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience. These may include:
